Nicholas, welcomes you to our newly refurbished Pickled Pheasant which was completed in May 2025, after we originally started our pickled pheasant journey in 2013.
Since then, we have continued to develop and in 2019 doubled the size of the pub/restaurant and added four beautiful bespoke bedrooms. More recently we have been very fortunate to add two further lovely rooms and a luxury spacious suite to our portfolio.
We feel immensely proud of todays Pickled Pheasant. We have an amazing group of locals. We support the community and local businesses. We have local bands who play live music, and we have now welcomed guests from far and wide, many who return, and that to us speaks volumes. We have also previously featured in Cosmopolitan and Elle, and in February 2023 were delighted to be in The Times, in a feature '25 of the best breaks for art lovers'.
Our staff are a fantastic team who all work to support our vision and it is with thanks to absolutely everyone who either works with us, or supports us along our way.
