We are set amidst beautiful countryside, fabulous reservoirs and wildlife, in the lovely village of Holmbridge, not to mention being on the doorstep of the stunning Peak District National Park. If you are feeling brave you can even tackle nearby Holme Moss! There are numerous cycling and walking opportunities right on the doorstep (check out our walking guide). It certainly is dog walkers paradise! There is also a bus stop right outside, where a regular bus takes you to surrounding villages and Holmfirth town
centre.
The bustling market town of Holmfirth, is only 1.5 miles away and forever famous for its links with "Last of the Summer Wine' TV series. Within Holmfirth itself is the Picturedrome, which features music acts from all over
the world and Holmfirth Vineyard is within walking distance. Slightly further a field is is the Standedge Tunnel and museum on the banks of Huddersfield
Narrow Canal in Marsden, the famous Yorkshire Sculpture Park, and stunning Piece Hall in Halifax - the only remaining Georgian cloth hall in the
world.
